Terms of Service

1. Using This Site

These terms govern your use of Powertools. Continuing to browse means accepting them.

2. Intellectual Property

Original copy and site design are ours. Product photography and trademarks stay with the AliExpress sellers and rights holders.

3. No Liability for Purchases

Your purchase contract is with the seller on AliExpress, not with us. Claims about the product, shipping or refunds go to them; our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.

4. Nature of the Service

Powertools is a catalogue. It publishes 1,799 listings across 4 categories, gathered from the AliExpress affiliate API. We do not manufacture, sell, ship or handle returns.

Listings are refreshed monthly; the latest rebuild was October 2026. Anything can change on the seller side in between.

5. Prices and Availability

Prices, order counts and feedback rates come from the affiliate API as a snapshot. They are indicative, not binding. The AliExpress listing is the authoritative source at checkout.

The catalogue is provided as-is. Sellers can remove or alter items without notice to us.

6. Staying Current

We revise this page when the service changes - check the date at the top. Using the site after a revision counts as acceptance, and questions are welcome at Powertools.
